It is the first time ever that I typed the word Goose bumps in my google search page & here is it what i got : "Goose bumps, also called goose pimples, goose flesh, chill bumps, chicken skin, people bumps, or the medical term cutis anserina, are the bumps on a person's skin at the base of body hairs which involuntarily develop when a person is cold or experiences strong emotions such as fear or awe"
It was such an emotional feeling to listen to the national anthem being played at the Olympics.the first gold after my birth & of course the first ever in an individual event by any Indian in the 104 years of Olympic Games' history.
The man deserves so much praise and what a sight it was to see Abhinav standing after the victory with so much control of his feelings that i somehow compared him with Dhoni.
Watching DD sports, i came to know that it was the same Abhinav Bindra who till sometime back was asked not able to lift the same air rifle that he used today to aim at the Olympic Gold.
Way to go India & wishing good luck to Saina Nehwal and other athletes too who are in the fray of reviving Indian Sports!
